This dialog is designed for selecting directory containing the database.

To open sample test database:

1. In Select database dialog, select directory, which contains a sample test database. The full path can be inserted directly in the upper editing field or selected from the list. The sample test database is located in the following path: C:\Program Files\SOZAT\Bank\

2. Select OK to open sample test database.

 

Please, check BDE Administrator configuration.

BDE Administrator software is installed with SOZAT application. In order to use SOZAT correctly, it is necessary to configure BDE Administrator.
Select BDE Administrator in Control Panel.

Change following parameters:

In Configuration - Drivers - Native - PARADOX field change as followed:

• NETDIR: C:\Program Files\Sozat\
• LANGDRIVER: 'asci' ANSI
• BLOCK SIZE: 4096
• LEVEL : 7

In Configuration - System - INIT field change as followed:

• LANGDRIVER: 'asci' ANSI
• LOCAL SHARE: TRUE
• MAXFILEHANDLES: 150
• SHAREDMEMSIZE: 4096

In Main Menu select Object then Exit to save all changes.


Select Yes to save all changes.

If BDE Administrator is not visible in Control Panel, you can search for the following file: bdeadmin.exe and open BDE Administrator by clicking on founded file.

 

You have to reinstall SOZAT application.

To uninstall SOZAT application:


When uninstall is completed, please check if the directory where SOZAT application was installed is deleted. Directory named SOZAT should be in the following path: C:\Program Files\. If the directory named SOZAT is still in Program Files, you have to remove it with all its content.

WARNING!!!
If you have installed Windows on drive C and there is second hard disk on your computer, for instance drive D, SOZAT application probably will be installed on second drive in the following path: D:\Program Files\SOZAT\. In this case all mentioned paths will begin with D:\
